30-DAY RETURNS
For all products purchased through Royal Caribbean, we’re proud to offer a full product refund to the original form of payment within thirty (30) days of shipment date. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, and must not show any sign of wear. Returned items must be accompanied by all original certificates and accompanying documentation, as applicable. In addition, any promotional item or free gift accompanying the original order must be returned along with the item, or the retail value of the promotion or gift will be deducted from your return credit. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded, and all shipping costs incurred during the process of the return are the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for watches and timepieces, special orders, and customized orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
At Royal Caribbean, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each product we sell. As such, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we ask that you report the damage or defect within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date. Contact us at (340) 776-4110, or email info@royalcaribbeanvi.com to report the problem. From there, we will work one-on-one with you to exchange the product-free of charge.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES – ONLINE AND IN PERSON
For purchases made through Royal Caribbean, customers have thirty (30) days from the shipping date to return or exchange their purchases. All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unworn, without custom engraving or other alterations and accompanied by all packaging, warranty cards, instruction booklets, and any other support materials received with purchase.
