New Piaget Sunlight Escape High Jewelry Collection

June 18, 2018

Paris, 18th June 2018 – To celebrate the launch of the new Sunlight Escape High Jewellery collection, Piaget transformed the iconic Palais d’Iéna
in the heart of Paris into a glowing sunlit destination, a place where summer sun never ends and nights have the bright intensity of day. Guests including
Piaget International Brand Ambassador Jessica Chastain, Face of the Campaign Doutzen Kroes and model Coco Rocha escaped the hustle and bustle
of Paris to join Piaget on an immersive journey where they experienced the many colors and reflections of the sun that inspired the new collection
of flamboyant and radiant women’s jewelry creations.

From sunrise to sunset, from golden hours to boreal night lights, the path of the sun was represented in six distinctive chapters with a Sunlight Escape
master of ceremonies guiding guests through each experience. During the Sunrise cocktail hour, as golden sunlight filled the iconic Parisian palace,
guests captured the mood of the night in photos inside a mirrored gold cave. Models walked out wearing the dazzling new Sunlight Escape creations.
The Golden Hour ushered guests into a spectacular warm gold dining room for the start of the seated dinner. The main course and a second fashion show
followed during the Sunset, as the dining room basked in pink and orange light like the final rays of sunshine. During the Blue Hour, dessert was served
below the blue and sparkling gold twilight sky.

One of the highlights of the evening was the “Piaget Lucky Fishing Game” where guest could literally “fish” for Piaget diamonds. In the final chapter of
the Sunlight Escape journey, neon light installations in blues and greens, and silver balloons created an atmosphere evoking the mysterious and captivating
Borealis lights. Guests danced late into the night to the beats of legendary DJ and chart-topping recording artist Bob Sinclair, because in the world
of Piaget light never stops and the party goes on.

About Piaget

The unique allure of Piaget lies in the audacity of its style. Charismatic and flamboyant, dazzling watch and jewelry creations embody the radiance that defines the Maison. This passion for daring creativity was born in La Côte-aux-Fées, where Georges-Edouard Piaget set up his first workshop in the family farmhouse and devoted himself to producing high-precision movements. This was back in 1874 and marked the start of an ever-growing reputation. In 1943, the company took a decision that would prove crucial to its future by registering its brand name. Faithful to its pioneering spirit, in the late 1950s Piaget set about designing and manufacturing the ultra-thin movements that would become one of the Maison’s signatures and leave a lasting imprint on the art of watchmaking. But Piaget has also always represented a style: a marriage of gold and an explosion of color, new shapes, precious gems, and dials made of hard stones. Swept to new heights of creativity driven by Yves G. Piaget, the Maison’s jewelry collection grew in an original direction with a resolute emphasis on color, giving birth to the iconic Piaget look. Building on over 140 years of history, the ever-bold Maison continues to innovate by offering jewels in motion, elegant and extravagant High Jewelry collections, as well as remarkable watches. In a world unconstrained by boundaries, Piaget the watchmaker-jeweler continues to explore unexpected creative possibilities, turning gold, stones and gems into brilliant works of art.
